We called them the 2nd day and told them about the air and the TV's again and it took them 4 hours to get out to the cabin. They came out the first day and got the air fixed but by the next morning it was not working again.On the first day they did not work on the tv's. We called for service 2 days back to back and advised them of the air, and the 3 tv's. One hot water heater for the whole cabin so most of my family had cold baths. We booked with cabins of the Smokies.The cabin was great but as we went throw the cabin 3 of the TVs down stairs did not work, the AC on the top floor and the main floor keep freezing up. My family stayed at Mountain jubilee in Pigion Forge TN. They are ripping people off and ruining there vacations they work hard all year to have. I am disputing charges and will be contacting the BBB. No pool table as promised or theater system either. There was mold in the Jacuzzi tub and we didn't dare attempt the hot tub. We also spent half a day cleaning the rest of the place just to feel somewhat comfortable. Thank god we did because the remainder of our time in the smokies was awesome. Finally at around 4pm 7/7 we left because nothing was getting resolved and rented elsewhere. The couch still was never fixed on to the next day with me calling every couple hours. My 2 year old son walked out the door and my fiance went after him to find a bear there. During that time a bear came on the porch because of the garbage. Dishwasher was fixed quickly but I went through this scenario all day for the rest and garbage wasn't picked up until 6:30pm. They said 2 to 4hrs everything would be taken care of. Not my problem, they should have had it cleaned up or moved us to a different cabin. It was the day after the 4th of July so I assume that the previous guests had one hell of a party.
Looked like someone was body slammed in it. I attempted to fold in in and it was busted.
RIVERS EDGE PIGEON FORGE FULL
I walked into the place and the floors were sticky, dishwasher full of nasty water, and the fold out couch wasn't folded in with all the cushions stacked up on the rocking chair. This is no exaggeration on how awful this was. I attached pics so you can all see how appalling and disgusting it was. I walk up the steps to the porch to find like 20 bags of rotten garbage on the porch torn open from most likely bears as i would encounter a momma bear ans 2 cubs the next day on my porch that were attracted there because of the trash. I was to check in on but left late so we didn't arrive until 11pm, When I arrived soon as I stepped out of the car all I could smell was trash. These people ruined most of my vacation until I left on the 2nd day of my 4 day vacation and rented from Little Valley Resorts because my family and I couldn't stay there any longer. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had. DO NOT rent through this atrocity of a business.
